The largest of our party rooms, the Renaissance Room will comfortably seat 50 – 70 guests. The minimum number of guests to keep this room private is 50.
A cozy room that will comfortably seat 30 – 40 guests. The minimum number of guests to keep this room private is 30.
UPPER GARDEN ROOM
This room will comfortably seat 25 – 35 guests. The minimum number of guests to keep this room private is 25.
Our newest room that features French doors that can be closed for absolute privacy. This room will comfortably seat 20 – 28 guests. The minimum number of guests to keep this room private is 20.
Please note If you are short people at the time of your event, a $17.95 per chair fee will be applied to meet your minimum number for the room at dinner, $13.95 for lunch. Ex: the minimum number of guests for the Renaissance Room is 50, if you have 40 people show up for dinner, you will be charged $17.95 x 10 (the amount of people needed to make 50) = $179.50. This applies to all rooms.
