TRACY

Meet Tracy…The first employee ever hired at Victoria’s – 20 years ago. A former bodybuilder turned marathon runner has kept Tracy busy in her spare time – Considering she is a master baker means there is not much of that. Tracy works the day shifts throughout the week and is a highly skilled server. She is a reflective and calm personality – Her listening skills, mindfulness and attentiveness set her apart from the rest.

Tracy is exceptionally detail-oriented and focuses on the quest… The guest and anticipating their needs. When Tracy is scheduled we have complete trust and confidence in her abilities. When a challenge arises, she has complete control and handles difficult situations with class and professionalism. Tracy is also a baker. An excellent baker. She remembers her co-workers birthdays and bakes amazing cupcakes and cakes for them.

She is definitely part of the quiet baker sisterhood that I am not. I. Am. Jealous. She is truly and an amazing lady and we are proud to call her one of our own. – “To listen and reply well is the highest perfection we are able to attain in the art of conversation.”
